By accessing Loviverse, uploading any content, or joining the beta waitlist, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Loviverse welcomes users globally. You represent that you have the legal capacity to enter these Terms in your jurisdiction or have obtained consent from a parent/guardian if required by local law.

The experience is currently a free beta and may change rapidly. Features can be modified, paused, or discontinued without notice.

You retain ownership of the story text, photos, or other materials you submit. By uploading content, you grant Loviverse a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, host, reproduce, and display that content solely to operate, improve, and provide the Service.

You confirm you have all necessary rights to the materials you submit and that they do not infringe, violate, or misappropriate any third-party rights.

Scripts and visuals generated via Google Gemini models are provided "as is" without any promise of uniqueness or accuracy. Loviverse does not assert copyright ownership over AI outputs but cannot guarantee that outputs are free of third-party rights or that they will meet your expectations.

You are responsible for how you share or publish AI-generated assets and must ensure your use complies with applicable laws.

Loviverse may suspend or terminate access if these rules are violated.

• Upload only content you have permission to share.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service.
• Do not submit hateful, harassing, explicit, or otherwise unlawful material.
• Do not interfere with others' use or compromise the infrastructure.

By providing your email, you agree that Loviverse may contact you for feedback, product research, or legal notices. You can opt out of non-essential emails at any time by replying to the message or contacting hello@loviverse.com.

Loviverse may introduce paid features or subscriptions in the future. Any pricing changes will be communicated in advance, and you will have the opportunity to review updated terms before charges apply.

You may stop using Loviverse at any time. We may suspend or terminate access without notice if you breach these Terms, misuse the Service, or if maintaining the Service is no longer commercially feasible. Upon termination, certain provisions (such as disclaimers, indemnities, and governing law) will survive.

Loviverse is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. AI outputs may contain artifacts or unexpected depictions, and you should review results before sharing them.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Loviverse will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profits, goodwill, or data. In no event will the total liability exceed USD $100.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Loviverse from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You consent to exclusive jurisdiction in the state and federal courts located in San Francisco County, California, for any disputes that are not subject to informal resolution.

We may modify these Terms as the product evolves. Material updates will be posted here with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued use after changes become effective signifies acceptance of the revised Terms.
