Loviverse is built and operated by an independent developer. This Privacy Policy explains how the Service collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you join the beta waitlist, upload story details, provide photos, or interact with any feature on loviverse.com.

Relationship inputs: any story text, preferences, or prompts you submit to generate content.

Images: photos of you and your partner that you upload to create visual stories.

Product analytics: page views, button clicks, basic device metadata, and limited contextual notes (for example, your selected universe type or the first 100 characters of a story) recorded via Loviverse’s custom analytics events stored in Firestore.

Generated assets: scripts or images produced for your session, along with related metadata.

We do not sell personal information. Any emails you receive will be limited to thoughtful product conversations or legal notices.

• Provide, personalize, and maintain the beta experience, including story and image generation workflows.
• Troubleshoot bugs, guard against abuse, and analyze feature performance through aggregated analytics.
• Contact you for voluntary feedback about Loviverse and upcoming features.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce agreements.

Firebase (Firestore, Storage, Authentication) stores emails, analytics events, generation sessions, and encrypted assets. Firebase may transfer data internationally depending on its infrastructure.

Google Generative AI (Gemini 2.5 Flash and Gemini 3 Pro Image Preview) processes the story text and the uploaded photos to produce scripts and visuals. The models receive the data only to fulfill your request.

We may disclose information if required by law, to protect Loviverse, or during a business transfer. We do not allow advertising partners to track you through the product.

Story sessions and the associated photos are automatically purged roughly five hours after creation, including any cached files in Firebase Storage.

Emails and analytics events are retained for as long as needed to run and improve the beta, unless you ask us to delete them.

Backups may briefly persist beyond the timelines above but are subject to the same deletion logic.

Loviverse is operated from the United States but welcomes users worldwide. By using the Service, you understand that your data may be transferred to and processed in countries where privacy laws may differ from those in your home jurisdiction.

We rely on Firebase security rules, temporary storage windows, and access controls to reduce risk. No online service can promise perfect security, so please do not upload content you would not want exposed.

Depending on where you live (for example, the EU/EEA, UK, or California), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, as well as opt out of certain processing.

Submit requests by emailing hello@loviverse.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

Loviverse is designed for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and if we learn that we have done so, we will delete it promptly. Parents or guardians may contact us to request removal.

We may update this Privacy Policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be highlighted on this page with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued use of Loviverse after changes constitutes acceptance.
